It's all-American
Friday, December 01, 2006 @ 7:51 PM
WAH...what a sumptuous dinner @ Botak Jones in Clementi, it's all-American! BIG BIG portions, nice nice food and cheap cheap prices. But have to wait for up to 45-60mins.
What I had...Cajun Chicken (served with coleslaw & fries) @ $6.50 only
Doesn't look like there's alot? But the piece of chicken is real thick and filling. So obviously I couldn't finish my fries.
What some of the others had...
Turkey sausage half set (served with sweet sweet onions, coleslaw and fries) @ $7
Cajun Chicken Burger set @ $7
Botak burger set $5.50 (it's beef)
And they serve fish n chips, steak, lamb chop and gumbo and chilli con - the things I always hear about on American TV programmes.
We were so looking forward to this outing. *Winkz*...coz there was so much talk about it! So had planned it a mth ago!!! Oh! Forgotten to blog about our makan session last mth. We had Kampong Chicken Rice @ Thomson Road, take away sugar rolls from Dino's and wanted to have crepes at Le Petit Breton (but they were closing...too bad). *Remember the newspaper article on Le Petit Breton? It kept me wondering about the crepes*
Always eating...No wonder I hvn't been losing any weight. Arrrgghh...
