Endless Milo

At my workplace, we're provided with the standard beverages like coffee, tea and milo (including the sugar and creamer) in the pantry.
Here is what my friend and I discovered: the tin of Milo is always filled to the brim the next morning. Funny isn't it? Oh no...people do have Milo. In the afternoon, you'll see approximately 1/5 of it gone. Next morning, filled to the brim again.
So who is refilling the tin of Milo everyday? No idea...we've yet to find that out. We haven't caught anyone in action refilling it. Hmm...maybe the guy who frequents the toilet every 50 minutes knows. (Yes! There's this male colleague who visits the loo so frequently I couldn't resist timing him. Coz it was kinda irritating that he has to use my aisle every time he goes toilet.)
And what about the Milo at the bottom of the tin? Overdued Milo? Oh no..hate to think so.
Verdict: always scoop the Milo on the top.
