First encounter with Toto

All my close frenz shld noe tat I dun buy Toto, 4D, Big Sweep lah..anything to do with game of chance. Me no gamble gamble person. My fren mentioned something abt hong bao draw thingy during class. Then a few numbers came to my mind immediately (exactly 6 wor). That got me excited!
So on my way home after sch I stop by to buy Toto lor. Die! I freaked out, dunno how to fill in the betting slip. Didn't wanna ask anyone ard coz paiseh lor. They will surely give me funny looks. Well..it's a S'porean thingy to queue up for Toto and 4D. I don't look young and pple will be shocked to learn that it's my first time. But if I were to ask smone for help I wld seen very un-S'porean. So die die, I oso won't ask!
It has 6 sections: A,B,C,D,E,F. LOL...so I filled out each number in each section. Then queue up, while trying to peek at other people's betting slip coz I was uncertain of wat I did. But no one near me buy Toto lor, all 4D! Panic, so I called KC..didn't pick up phone, called Serene...put me on voicemail, call Ivy...she dunno how to fill up oso. Think the rest of my frenz dun buy Toto, no point calling. In the end, I stepped out of my queue and fill out another betting slip tat has all 6 numbers filled out in a single section. *Juz in case*
Went to queue up again, then luckily caught a glimpse of smone's slip and realised that I hv to fill up all 6 numbers in one section only. That's not the end! When I reached the counter, told the guy "quick pick oso". Then he passed my betting slip back to me, "Minimum $1, need to fill up another 6 numbers". *Faint* SO PAISEH! Phew...fortunately I hv the numbers in mind already (juz 1 number different from the prev bet). Quickly fill up, hand it back to him, take my change and walk away. Then i realised i don't hv the quick pick slip!!! Apparently that idiotic guy didn't hear me lor! Haiz...
